“The driver was good and the car was comfortable. He was on time and respectful. The guide we met with in Alexandria was nice and knowledgeable. But she explained the history of the sites we were visiting quite briefly. The tour indicated we would spend one hour in each location on the itinerary. But that was not the case. “Our guide, Norhan, and our driver were incredibly considerate and provided excellent service. 😄 Not only was Norhan great at explaining each spot, but he was also cheerful and great at keeping the mood lively, making the whole day so enjoyable. We're very grateful. ✨ Our driver didn't speak English either, but he was incredibly considerate and helpful, and had a wonderful personality, from early in the morning until late at night. ✨ Anyone who had the chance to meet these two is truly lucky, and we highly recommend them. 😉”
